Description
LISS (Low-Intensity-Steady-State) is a method of cardiovascular exercise in which you do aerobic activity at a low to moderate intensity for an extended period of time. The ultimate goal of LISS is to keep your heartrate between 50-70% of your maximum heart rate while staying in the fat burning zone. Excellent workout for all fitness levels. Please bring your own yoga mat.
