A fun and challenging full body strength workout using resistance bands to increase muscular endurance, core strength, and stability.
Residents 55+: Free but Registration is RequiredNon-Resident Senior Club Members 55+: $25 beginning Sept. 2
For more information, please contact the Department of Recreation and Community Services at 609-799-0909 ext. 1719. All registrations must be done online or in-person. Registrations will NOT be accepted over the phone.
Please note: All paid programs and activities are subject to a $2.75 fee when registering in-person. We only accept cash or check for in-person registrations. When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82% and is non-refundable.
