Description
Have fun creating a design on a printed paper shell shape that will be put on a string to create a necklace. This shell decorating activity is inspired by the beautiful shell jewelry made by the Ancestral Sonoran Desert People, known to archaeologists as the Hohokam.
This craft kit includes craft materials, step-by step instructions, and designs created by the Ancestral Sonoran Desert People.
Cost: $2 per student/craft
Each Craft Kit order includes the materials for the craft and a set of PowerPoint step-by-step instructions. There is no in-person instruction for this activity. This is a take-home craft.
