Description
Navigating conflicts with integrity, civility, and respect is essential for healthy relationships and a civil society. This interactive course introduces conflict resolution and provides practical skills for daily use to improve communication, enhance relationships, manage conflict, and prevent verbal escalation. Emphasizing group collaboration and personal empowerment, we recognize that our values are shaped by our histories, experiences, and cultural backgrounds. Instructors: Certified Mediators from Dispute Resolution Center of Thurston County
Class will break for 15 minutes at the halfway mark if you would like to bring a quick snack.
