Join us for some line dancing! We welcome all seniors to dance - with or without experience and skill levels. We dance to different rhythms of Waltz, Bachata, Cha Cha, Cumbia, Samba, Tango, Country music, Latin, Soul, and others alike. Learn dance terminologies, basic steps, dancing styles, body movements, routines, and good techniques. Learn choreographed steps with different music and gain a little confidence along the way. This class focuses on improving your mental and physical health and well-being. Come dance with us today!Wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. Wear comfortable shoes like: sneakers, loafers, or boots. Flip-flops and stilettos are not recommended for this class.
