Description
Early Bird Swim is for anyone who has an active Golden Gate Pool/Fitness Membership. If you want to beat the crowd, Saturday 9am mornings will be the best time to come. During Early Bird Swim you will be allowed to lap swim, water walk/run, and/or swim for fitness ONLY.
