Barre is a fusion class consisting of ballet, yoga, pilates, strength training, flexibility, and balance. Tone and firm your body with low impact moves that bring great results. The intensity of the class is up to you. Modifications will be offered by the instructor to make the class more or less difficult. No ballet, pilates, or yoga experience is required and everything will be explained clearly. Come and have fun with us at the Mukilteo Barre!Activity Category
