Grooving to the beats of Latin rhythm feels more like a dance party than a workout, which is exactly why Zumba is so popular! This high-energy class is set to upbeat music and features choreographed dance numbers.
All dance levels are welcome.
The routines feature fast and slow rhythms combined with resistance training to tone and sculpt your body and burn fat.
If you register after the start date, class fee will be automatically prorated.
