Restorative and Relaxing Yin Yoga with LenaAdult/Teen 15+January 27 - February 24 *No class 2/17*8 pm-9:15 pmLake Marion CCExperience the calming power of restorative yoga and start your week off right. With the support of props, you'll hold soothing poses to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and find deep relaxation.
You'll have a peaceful and rejuvenating start to your week. Bring a yoga mat and yoga bolster.
If you register after the start date, class fee will be automatically prorated.
