Pickleball Active Skill Training

Lake Marion Gym
This class is for players interested in improving their skill level for tournament, league or ladder play. Participants should be a 3.5 or greater, fit and ready for a rigorous class.
This class will focus on both the slow and fast aspects of the game where you can expect to spend a significant portion of your time practicing dinks, third short drops, vol-leys, drives, serves and service returns (with an occasional lob!).
Class will be monitored by a pickleball coach, and frequent tips will be given to participants. The last 15 minutes of the class will be spent playing and putting into practice the skills you have learned.
