Description
Kendo, "The Way of the Sword," is rooted in the sword techniques of the ancient Japanese warrior "Samurai." This martial art conditions the body and spirit through exhilarating and demanding exercises. The beginner class focuses on the basics and understanding the characteristics of kendo For more information, visit www.hsskkendo.org and/or contact team@hsskkendo.org.Please Note:- Participants should wear Kendo uniform.- Participants should bring a Kendo-gu, two small Shinai, and one Bokuto.- No class will be held on 12/25 and 1/1.
