Description
Create a one-of a kind fascinator hat that looks just like the ones Catherine, Princess of Wales wears. We love a good tea party and nothing gets us in the mood more than donning pretty sparkly headwear. Participants will use a variety of embellishments such as felt, flowers, jewels, ribbon, tulle to create your own Fascinator headpiece. No experience necessary, all supplies are included. Register in advance; space is limited.
