Description
Join Carmen, an experienced Hatha Yoga instructor, for a gentle yet powerful chair yoga class that soothes body and mind. She will guide you through mindful breathing, helping you connect deeply with each movement. From seated pigeon poses to modified warriors and gentle backbends, each stretch is designed to improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation all while sitting on your chair. Experience the calming benefits of yoga and find your body's equilibrium one breath at a time. No class 1/20.
