Description
This program will provide participants with advanced skills and techniques to create mixed media 2D artwork. This program focuses on images from nature and the participants that are put together with abstract shapes and colors using a combination of various artistic mediums including acrylic paint, handmade papers, and photo images. Participants will create a rich tapestry of texture and meaning that can bring the fragmented aspects of reality to life in vivid and unexpected ways.
A Journey of Discovery in Expressing Yourself through Mixed Media Artwork.
This workshop will provide participants with advanced skills and techniques to create mixed media 2D artwork. This program focuses on images from nature and the participant that are put together with abstract shapes and colors using a combination of various artistic mediums. Including acrylic paint, handmade papers and photo images allowing for a rich tapestry of texture and meaning that can bring the fragmented aspects of reality to life in vivid and unexpected ways. Some materials provided to create one to two mixed media paintings.
