3 Formats, 3 Instructors, 1 unforgettable day!Beat the winter blues by pumping up your endorphins and enjoying Step Aerobics, Strength + Core and Yoga back-to-back. Each format is 30 minutes and great for any fitness level. Wind down after with a beautiful brunch including champagne (21+) and hot cider. The workout is from 9:30-11am, brunch and social hour is until 1pm.Age Category
