Nia is an expressive, sensory and fun movement practice designed to condition body and mind. Dance, martial arts and relaxation techniques are combined along with invigorating and inspirational music to improve flexibility, agility, mobility, stability and strength. Bare feet recommended but not required. No Class 11/28
