Unlock your potential by finding inner calm and physical harmony. This all-level yin yoga class will focus on both deep and gentle stretching, mindfulness, and meditation.
*Please bring your own yoga mat. You are welcome to bring any other props such as a block, strap, towel, blanket, or eye mask. (If you forget your mat, the teacher will have a limited number of spare mats. You may rent a mat $10.
