A healthy and fun way to spend a Friday evening, hoop flow playfully combines fitness, dance, and mindfulness. Get a full body workout while learning a new skill, laughing, and having a blast! No experience needed, hoops provided, comfortable clothing recommended (nothing too loose, cumbersome, or baggy). Bring water or a (nonalcoholic) cold drink of choice - we will be outside in the sunshine!
