Rev up your metabolism to increase your caloric burn. Dynamic and comprehensive water movements to engage the whole body for improved strength, endurance, and coordination. Please wear water shoes to provide protection, support, traction, and cushion for your feet. All fitness levels welcome.Water athletic shoes recommended.
Equipment Fee due at time of first class: $20
Drop-ins Welcome $15 at time of class (Credit card Only)
Pool Closed: June 3rd-9th for Staff training and Dive meet
