CalSAC is building a future where every child in California - regardless of income, race, or zip code - has access to high quality, affordable out-of-school time programs. We see a future where every professional in the field has the resources they need and is valued for the important impact they have on the lives of children.
In partnership with CalSAC, Desert Recreation District will provide training's to any out-of-school time professionals, looking for tools and resources to help all kids succeed. Everyone who works with young people should have access to our free training modules designed to build the knowledge and confidence of professionals at all levels.
In this training participants will Understand tricks and tool of transition, group strategies and attention getters as methods of communication for classroom management.Learn how behavior guidance strategies are classroom management strategies.reflect on their personal approach of classroom management and how to be creative, personal and intentional in their approach.
