Description
The Nature Writing Workshop is a series for any creative looking to hone their craft and build community, all within Eagle Creek Park’s lush and inspiring environment. Hosted at the Ornithology Center, attendees can expect to explore and discuss examples of nature writing including poetry, essays, and stories, as well as develop their own writing skills. Each workshop will give writers the opportunity to share, give, & receive constructive feedback from their peers if desired.This is a four-part course, the Parula session, will meet on consecutive Sundays at Eagle Creek Park Ornithology Center. Those signing up for the course should seek to attend every session, to get the most out of the experience. Registration cost is $30 per person, which covers all four sessions. Park admission for each Sunday workshop is included in the program fee.
Four Sundays (March 23rd, Marsh 30th, April 6th, April 13th) 4:30-7:00 pm**Please note that the park closes at 7:30 PM through March until daylight savings time in April when the park closes at 8:30 PM.
