"Summer Sadhana" Yoga- a ritual to nurture your mind & body connection with the earth- naturally outdoors. Join yoga instructor Barbara McAnany for a relaxing hour of nocturnal yoga that will help to restore peace and tranquility. Please bring a mat and/or towel, water and blocks if you use them.
Class is FREE and will be held at Swift Park in Hockessin.
