Join us at this special locally sourced event! Snuggle up with a cozy-curated coffee tasting experience! Attendees will sample a selection of high-quality coffees presented by Cafe La Fortuna which was established in Downtown Hinsdale in 2012! Your tasting experience is designed to explore the diverse flavors and aromas of their different coffee varieties! Taste their Standard, Cafe de Olla and Mayan Coffee's. As published authors La Fortuna, a family owned shop will review their origins, teach you how coffee is cultivated, processed, roasted and how to make your own favorite coffee drink. Our Café La Fortuna presentation will follow lunch then there will be opportunities for Q & A with owner Angela Lavelli as well as discussions, and pairing suggestions.Suitable for both coffee aficionados and casual drinkers, this event offers a sensory journey through the world of specialty coffee. Buffet lunch & refreshments are provided. Cafe La Fortuna's published book will be available on day of if you wish to purchase.
