Description
You (or you and your child) will learn from a PRO in this entertaining and informative 2-hour 30-min hands-on cooking class! Learn to make your favorite candies using tools and equipment found in home kitchens. We will introduce candy recipes, techniques, and why they work. Chocolate, marshmallows, caramel, and more!
Here's what you'll need to bring:
- Apron: To keep things tidy
- Hat or Scarf: To keep those chocolatey locks in check
- Closed-Toe Shoes: Let's keep the sandals for the beach
- Notebook and Pen: For all those sweet notes
- Cutting Board and Large Knife: For your chocolatey creations
- Airtight Container: For your masterpieces
- Dried Fruits: Any you'd like to mix into your chocolate (please, no nuts!)
- Candy Thermometer: Chocolate loves precision
