These transformative sessions use crystal singing bowls, earth element chimes, and an ocean drum to create a relaxing environment for meditation. Activate your parasympathetic nervous system and enjoy benefits like heightened brain function, stress reduction, improved mood, and increased focus. Guided by certified sound healer Courtney O'Keeffe, this series is designed to help you effortlessly enter a meditative state. Bring your own yoga mat or cushion for added comfort.
