Description
Often referred to as a “moving meditation”, Tai Chi develops balance, flexibility, strength, and focus. Classes will offer easy-to-follow exercises (including Qi Gong) and the teaching of principles and sequences for this "soft martial art." No previous Tai Chi experience is necessary.
