Description
This Intermediate Ballet class is designed for adults who have a foundational understanding of ballet techniques and wish to continue developing their skills. This course emphasizes more complex movements and combinations, increases strength and flexibility, and a deeper understanding of ballet artistry. Students will refine their technique and explore more challenging choreography in a supportive and dynamic environment.
This class is ideal for adults who have completed 2+ years of a beginning ballet course or have prior ballet experience. It is perfect for those looking to build on their existing skills, improve their technique and challenge themselves with more advanced ballet concepts. Participants should be comfortable with basic ballet terminology and movements, and have a desire to further their dance journey. Attire: comfortable dancewear or workout clothes, ballet slippers are recommended but not required for beginners. If ballet shoes are not worn, socks must be worn, hair tied back from the face.
