Description
This Adult Beginning Ballet class is designed for individuals with little to no prior ballet experience. The course focuses on introducing the fundamental principles of classical ballet in a supportive and encouraging environment. Whether you are looking to improve your posture, increase flexibility, or explore a new for of exercise, this class is the perfect starting point. This class is deal for adults of all ages who are new to ballet or looking to revisit their practice after a long break. No prior dance experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn and a love for movement. Attire: comfortable dancewear or workout clothes, ballet slippers are recommended but not required for beginners. If ballet shoes are not worn, socks must be worn, har tied back from the face.
