We are excited to share that the Thespian Festival trip has been officially booked! The trip will take place from Thursday, March 20th, to Sunday, March 23rd. Since our group is on the smaller side, we will be flying instead of taking a long bus ride. Please review the important details below: Flight Information Departure: Date: Thursday, March 20th Flight: WN2225 (Southwest Airlines) Departure Airport: Oakland International Airport (OAK), Terminal 2 Time: 7:55 PM Drop-off Time: No later than 5:30 PM Arrival: Ontario International Airport (ONT) at 9:20 PM Return: Date: Sunday, March 23rd Flight: WN6302 (Southwest Airlines) Departure Airport: Ontario International Airport (ONT) Time: 3:35 PM Arrival: Oakland International Airport (OAK) at 4:55 PM Pick-up Time: Please be ready to pick up your student at 5:00 PM at Oakland Airport Accommodation & Transportation Hotel: Sheraton Ontario Airport Hotel Address: 429 N Vineyard Ave, Ontario, CA 91764 Transportation between the airport, hotel, and festival will be via Uber. We will have two cars per trip, with two adult chaperones and seven students. Chaperones: Mr. Acevedo and Ms. Apra Trip Cost & Inclusions The total cost of the trip is $1,100, which covers: ✔ Flights ✔ Hotel accommodations ✔ Transportation ✔ Festival registration ✔ Festival t-shirt ✔ Dinner on Thursday evening Additional Information Meals: The festival provides lunch, but students will be responsible for their breakfast and dinners on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Please ensure your student has money for these meals. Packing: Students must pack only a carry-on suitcase to avoid checking in luggage. Each student is allowed one carry-on bag and one backpack. Communication During the Trip Mr. Acevedo will be creating a Remind group to keep parents updated throughout the trip. A link will be shared soon so you can join.
