Description
An expressive, supportive approach to healing through grief alongside cognitive therapy. Alessandra engages participants in a compassionate, non-judgmental way, focusing on process rather than product, allowing participants safety in the therapeutic distance to painful experiences, validating, encouraging art processes to offer images, colors, symbols to emerge, opening to transformation, meaning, purpose, healing.
