Description
Each workshop is unique with projects such as: Wrapped & Feathered Prayer Sticks, Contemplation Candle Craft, Mini Prayer Flags, Centering Mandalas, Personal Spirit Guide Collage. Your experience will include a relaxing guided embodiment practice, quiet creative immersion, mellow sharing circle, and supported rest. A perfect self-care date to attend solo or with a friend!
An inexpensive, simple materials list will be sent to participants upon registration. Please bring: a yoga mat and blanket. Optional: bolster, pillow or eye pillow.
