This one-day clinic is perfect for adults new to swimming or looking to build confidence in the water. Participants will be introduced to the fundamental skills essential to swimming including water comfort and safety techniques, breath control and submerging skills, arm and leg motions, floating and gliding on both the front and back with support,
Pre-requisitesMust be comfortable moving freely in 3-4 ft pool depth and able to put their face in the water.
