Join the Ladies of Maxxfit’s trainer for an energizing 45-minute women’s fitness class that blends light weights and body weight exercises for a full-body workout! This class is designed to empower and strengthen women of all fitness levels, focusing on building endurance, toning muscles, and enhancing overall fitness. With a mix of functional movements, strength training, and cardio intervals, you’ll work your way through a variety of exercises that challenge your body and boost your confidence. Our supportive instructor will provide modifications and encouragement, ensuring you feel comfortable and motivated throughout the session. Grab your light weights, Mat and get ready to sweat, smile, and feel amazing!
