Back by popular demand! Chef Ravi’s most popular class that has hostedhundreds of students. It’s a must for Indian food lovers, and all beginners.We make brown onion Masala, Makhani, and Korma, all very common saucesused in Indian restaurants. We use these three sauces to recreate shrimp masala(brown onion sauce), chicken tikka masala (makhani sauce) and paneerand corn korma (korma sauce). Tasting portions are served with cumin rice,naan, pickle and papadam. Vegetarian options are available upon request. $35 materials fee / $50 materials fee with spice kit (see below) due at start of class. You may also purchase a pre-measured tandoori marinade for $6.00. Just add lemon, water and oil. Each packet is goof for 2lbs of meat.
