For Thanksgiving, the whole family gathers around a sumptuous meal thatincludes a series of dishes such as turkey, ham, vegetables, and desserts. Therecipes can be rich and indulgent. Chef Alba has selected off-the-beatenpathThanksgiving dishes that are simpler to make so you can spend moretime with family and guests. Our menu: Involtini di Tacchino (Turkey) conProsciutto in Vino Bianco, Carrots in Marsala Wine, and Sformato di Patate AlForno. Class is part hands-on, part demo.$15 Materials Fee due at first class.
