Please note: In order to ensure a safe environment, one adult must register and remain onsite with each child. All participants must be a minimum of nine years of age. This camp is open to limb-different children only. PAYMENT OPTIONS If you are requesting a scholarship, please do not complete this form until you have submitted a scholarship application (available at nubability.org) and received a scholarship code. An installment payment plan is available: 25% deposit upon registration and two additional payments. SCHEDULE Check-in is November 7th between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm at the Fairgrounds Inn. We will depart the hotel each day at 6:00 am. We anticipate our days ending at 6:00 pm.
