About this event
Dublin Partners in Education (DPIE) and Pacific Chess invites you to join us for Grades 1 - 5 Spring chess tournament which will be held in the Community Room at the Dublin Library on Saturday, November 9th, 2024. Under the guidance of our vendor partner, Pacific Chess Academy, your student will enjoy a day of practical application of chess skills and strategy in competition with students interested in improving their chess competition abilities. Each of the games is 30 minutes long and there will be trophies at the end. The room will be filled to capacity, so parents will not be allowed to stay and need to return at 2:45pm to pick up their students. All participants will receive a trophy.
