Description
Learn how to strengthen the deep core muscles used for balancing. We'll open up the joints, as well as strengthen the abdominals and glutes required for good balance. We will spend time working on single leg balancing to prevent trips and falls and then slow it down with long hold stretches.
Bring a mat and some dumbbells for an exciting fun filled class.
