3 Lanterns Qi Gong - *NEW Measure Q Class!Drawing from the wisdom of those who came before us, we will rxamione and embrace the art known as Qi Gong with gentle exercises, smooth breath, and a calm mind.
We will follow the path of Ancients, optimize our health and tranquility for higher learning

Instructor: Mitchell Mahoney,20+ years in Martial Arts (External and Internal); completed Qi Gong program; experience teaching 50+ students.Ordained Daoist Priest - (ADG L)
Online or in-person at Rec Admin Office registration PRIOR TO 1ST CLASS REQUIRED. NO DROP-INS, NO SPECTATORS. *NO MAKE UP CLASSES.
