BEGINNERSFamilies, Females, and Friends will learn self-defense together. How to Block, Hit, Kick, and Defend against Attackers and Bullies. Practice various escape techniques from: Arm Grabs, Bear Hugs, Choke Holds, Hair Grabs, Headlocks, etc.* Family and Friends must include one female.* Price per personBring Water. Senior Citizens are welcome to join.
