Sicily is the land of beauty and history. Italy's biggest island is located about 2 hours from the northern coast of Africa and consequently enjoys the richness of the bounty of the Mediterranean basin. Great seafood, outstanding sweets but most of all a land influenced by the Arabian culinary spices and ingredients. In this class we will cover Sicily' s main cities from Palermo to Catania as well as the inner lands where almonds rule the cooking spectrum.
