If you purchase your membership online you will need to visit C3 or OAC to complete our membership agreement and receive your membership card. Please note that the monthly membership fee will be charged to your credit card on file each month. Memberships are non-refundable. Promotional offers apply to new members only. By participating in a promotion you agree to automatic payments and the terms of the promotion. Auto-deduct at the regular rate will take effect on the 1st of the following month and continue to renew at the regular rate thereafter. You may only cancel after first paid month with written notice of cancellation. Cancellations must be received by the 15th of the month for cancellation of next renewal.
