Swimming Lessons Adult Beginner (19+yrs)Adult Swim—Beginner
What You Will Learn:Participants gain basic aquatic skills and swimming strokes. Teaches skills and concepts needed to stay safe in and around water and to help themselves or others in an aquatic emergency.
Prerequisites:N/A
*Proper swimwear required. Items should be made of polyester or nylon (no cotton) and include an inner liner.
*No Classes on November 11th and November 25th-December 1st*
