Description
Adaptive Aquatic Fitness is a group aquatic fitness class for adults with disabilities that provides a staff led workout in between an individualized warm-up and cool-down. Some exercises are performed in the diving well so ability to swim and comfort in the deep is recommended.
All ability levels are welcome. Any swimmer who requires 1:1 support in the water must have an aide in the water with them during the class.
