Heart Month
Join us for a fitness and nutrition collaboration to celebrate your cardiovascular health. We will have a brief 15 minute workout with Michelle Rosenfeld and have a post work out recovery smoothie that is Heart Healthy. Make sure to wear red to show you are Heart Smart!
