Description
In this class, the instructor will lead participants in sound healing
(utilizing 7 chakra-tuned Crystal singing bowls) paired with guided breathwork. Sound healing has been shown to improve well-being and sleep and alleviate anxiety, stress, and physical pain. Pre-registration is required.
