Description
In this class, the instructor will lead participants in sound healing (utilizing 7 chakra-tuned Crystal singing bowls) paired with guided breathwork. Sound healing has been shown to improve well-being, sleep, alleviate anxiety, stress, and physical pain. Your instructor, Anamaria De La Cruz is an honors graduate of Yale University.
