About this event
Grow muscles, with friends, at one of Cincinnati's most scenic parks! Green gym group strength and conditioning sessions will be held twice weekly at Alms Park (Wednesdays at 6pm) and evoFit Gym (Sundays at 1pm), in partnership with our friends from EvoFit and their mobile gym unit. Attendance at both weekly sessions is encouraged (because one practice a week is not a big enough "dose"), but not a requirement for participation. Green Gym is free and all abilities are welcome! Gym equipment will be provided.
