Instructor: Tajmah Silver Sneakers® is a fitness and wellness program offered at no additional cost to individuals 65+ on eligible Medicare plans that helps you get active, get fit, and connect with others. Silver Sneakers Circuit® is an intermediate standing workout, and it combines cardio and strength for a double-duty session. Please be advised that fitness instructors are subject to change based on availability.
