Class is designed for beginners and individuals seeking a basic understanding of meditation practices. Throughout this course, you will explore various meditation techniques, philosophies, and tools that will enable you to establish a sustainable and fulfilling meditation practice in your life.
This class is a walk-in class; available on a first-come-first-serve basis. No registration required. Class is included with a CRC membership; non-members pay a daily admission fee.
